Welcome to the Congress of Starlings website! We are Aerin Tedesco and Andrea Bunch, now featuring Tommi Zender on drums and Greg Nergaard on bass.

This weekend, COS played sunny, fabulous Chicago Folk and Roots Festival, put on by The Old Town School of Folk Music. Check out the photos page for lots of great pics.

Coming up on Saturday Aug 2, is Old Town's Festival of Life, Chicago 1968. Aerin and andrea will be playing in this with special guests! The following day, Andrea will be teaching a workshop called Voice of the People -scroll down to read about it.

And... check out this link - it's a recording of Lincoln Park / Grant Park on that fateful day, Aug 27, 1968, during the Democratic National Convention.
